Alma de Cattleya Pinot Noir Sonoma County 2022

Availability: In stock (5)

Beautifully pure notes of macerated strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry are perfectly balanced by savory notes of baking spice, sage, and sous bois as this wine finishes with bright acidity and velvety tannins.

These Pinot Noir grapes are grown near the Pacific Ocean along the Sonoma Coast. Fruit is harvested at night and immediately sorted at the winery. Following a short cold soak, the juice is fermented in stainless steel, open-top tanks. When fermentation is complete, the wine is drained from the tank and the skins are gently pressed. The resulting wine is aged in both neutral barrels and new barrels for 11 months.
