This sparkling wine is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Gamay just southwest of Chablis in Burgundy. The wine, like Champagne, is made in the méthode traditionelle, where the effervescence is created in the bottle by a secondary fermentation.
This fully dry crémant is crisp on the palate with lemon and green apple. The nose is white flowers and toast.
